Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not order confirmation.

3. Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance

IniyaLife operates under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and is registered with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

All food products are shipped only after internal batch verification and are dispatched in compliance with applicable food safety and e-commerce regulations.

4. Shelf-Life & Dispatch Assurance

We ship only products that meet applicable remaining shelf-life norms at the time of dispatch. Products nearing expiry are not shipped.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

IniyaLife is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damages During Transit

Products are packed using food-grade and tamper-evident packaging to protect quality during transit.

IniyaLife is not liable for damage or loss during shipping, but we will assist customers with the carrier claim process if a verified transit damage occurs.
